Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted use

The Hawkesbury Motorcycles Supplier Portal is provided for the following purposes:

• Reading documentation and operational guidance relevant to your integration with Hawkesbury Motorcycles
• Downloading CSV templates and specifications for the data flows you operate with us
• Submitting access requests and registration enquiries

Use of the Portal for any other purpose, or in any other manner, is not authorised.

Prohibited activities

You expressly agree that you will not:

Access and authentication

• Share your access code with any other person, including colleagues at your business
• Use another person's code or impersonate another supplier
• Attempt to bypass, disable or interfere with authentication, session, rate-limiting or audit-logging mechanisms
• Attempt to enumerate user accounts, supplier codes or other users' email addresses
• Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Portal without our prior written permission

Automated access

• Use any automated tool, script, bot, scraper or similar mechanism to access, download or index Portal content (other than the official supplier API as it relates to transactional flows)
• Perform bulk downloads of documentation pages, CSV templates, or any other content
• Mirror, archive or republish Portal content outside your business

Confidentiality breaches

• Share Portal content with any competing retailer, dealership or distributor
• Publish Portal content on any public website, social media account, blog, forum or developer community
• Include Portal screenshots in public presentations, training material, marketing collateral or RFP responses
• Use Portal content for competitive analysis, benchmarking or business intelligence against Hawkesbury Motorcycles or other suppliers

Operational misuse

• Submit fraudulent, misleading or knowingly inaccurate information through registration forms or access requests
• Submit excessive requests intended to waste reviewer time
• Use the Portal to harvest contact details, vendor names or other information for marketing or solicitation purposes

Legal

• Use the Portal in violation of any law, regulation or third-party right
• Upload, paste or otherwise introduce malicious code, viruses, or other harmful content to the Portal

Monitoring and enforcement

We monitor Portal usage for compliance with this policy. We may detect violations through:

• Anomaly detection on access patterns (geo-location changes, user-agent variance, request rates)
• Watermarking and fingerprinting of downloaded content
• Reports from third parties
• Routine auditing

Consequences of violation

Where we identify a breach of this policy, we may take any of the following actions, without prior notice:

• Suspend or revoke your access to the Portal
• Suspend or revoke the access of your business as a whole
• Notify your Primary admin or other senior contact at your business
• Pursue contractual or legal remedies, including under the Confidentiality & NDA terms
• Where a criminal offence is suspected, refer the matter to law enforcement

Reporting violations

If you become aware of a violation by another person — including a colleague at your business — please report it in confidence to security@hawkesbury.motorcycles.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be notified to your Primary admin at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Portal after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
